![]() ![]() I find that absurdly ridiculous and thats the first time i've ever heard of a company charging its customers for phone support for their own purchased product. HP phone support won't help me because my printer is out of warranty unless I pay $20 for them to help me over the phone. Only once or twice when removing the printer as a device and reconnecting it was I able to print a test page but the document I would sent to the printer after that would not print and I would be back to square one, without a working printer. Tried HP scan and print doctor, also tried all the steps of the troubleshooting section of HP website for this issue with no success. tried with wired USB connection to my laptop with same results. ![]() Tried uninstalling the printer driver and reinstalling. Print jobs sent to printer simply stay in print queue with status showing as 'printing' however printer doesn't react. ![]()
